食べ過ぎがなくなりました

仕事と介護でやることが一杯でイライラ・集中力もない。
アベナを摂ってから気持ちが落ち着き、食べ過ぎもなくなり自分でコントロールできるようになりました。
すぐ甘いものや食べ物に手を伸ばしていたのもなくなりました。

イライラが減りました

息子に「イラッ」としても、朗らかな母親でいられる。
夫への八つ当たりも減少（当人比）。家庭円満ハーブだと思います。
深刻なケアだけでなく、日常のプチイラにもとてもいいです。
